My Prize

Sept.25, 2009, PM, we went to Star City to relax, just to have a massage but since I have 4 tokens, I try my luck in TIC TAC TOE booth, luckily, what a great surprised! I hit 3 straight lines for 4 consecutive throws. I was so happy because my prize is a Jumbo Teddy Bear which unfortunately I can add to my bears collection, it happens too that this is still the biggest among them.

Once Again

Today, I was asked by my cousin to be one of the godmother of their son Ivan Christian. I accepted her invitation and I am very glad to be a part of one's life again. I offered them to buy Ivan's birthday cake, by the way, it's his 1st birthday too on the date of his christening which is on the 18th of October. I'm so excited because it will be again a fun,fun,fun party, since it's children party.

Lola's 87th Birthday

My grandmother reached the age of 87 last August 09, 2009. We, her grand children surprised her a very simple party. At her age, she couldn't longer remembers some of my cousins because we are really big family. She is so happy seeing us all together. As usual, "Pansit", the usual food for birthdays is in the table for it symbolizes long life according to the Chinese. And definitely a cute cake where there is a candle to be blown after singing the birthday song.

An Award

My schedule of buying a new school shoes is not the start of classes but rather I used to purchased it after the end of school year.

Every time my cousin Gab and niece Bea tell me that they have honors in their class. I promised them to buy a new pairs of shoes. Buying a school shoes for them as a gifts are practical because they can use it again for the next school year. They're usually so happy going up the stage as they received their ribbon or medal in their recognition day.

Flower Girl

I love taking picture especially when the subject is little girl. The photo of that cute little girl was taken last March ,2009 during the wedding of her Aunt Ann, my husband niece.

I just love watching her as she enjoying herself being the flower girl. She looks pretty in her beautiful lilac gown. Look at her! She likes to eat the flower candy of the cake or Oh! should I say, take a look...there's color in her nails!

Invitation From Mara

This is the invitation card from Mara Ivana who celebrated her 18Th Birthday. She is the proud daughter of my good friend Manang Angie. Just like what is written in the invitation....it's nice seeing her and celebrating with her as she turned into a lady.

This is my picture with the debutant last June,2009. I was one of her 18Th symbolic gifts. I gave her a wrist watch that symbolized the essence of time..."there is a time for everything..someday she will fulfill all her dreams, but she must not forget to give a part of her time to reach out to others who are always at her side".

Azalea's Baptismal

How can I say "NO" to the parents of this beautiful girl when they asked me to be one of the Godparent of their newly first baby girl. Azalea is only 1 month old when she was baptized in Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Pagdalagan, City of San Fernando. Every time I attend a christening I am not only bringing a gift but also offering my prayers that she may grow up a good person someday. Another blessing...another kid...that will be calling me Ninang. Ninang is a godmother in Filipino.
